    My job is drivning a lot så my hamstrings have resigned. Met many doctors and all of them says that this is chronical an I have to live with my hamstring pain. Thats not my plan.... I started lifting weights for two years ago and I am a little bit better. For a little while ago it hit me that I dont train the adduktors, only the abduktors, so I tried it. Both times Ive done it the hamstrings went a lot less distressed and the pain went away. I googled it an here you are, confirming my theory, that they are kind of attatched. Thank you so very much ❤️

    I have a tilted/misaligned pelvis. If I've looked correctly in the mirror, my pelvis tilts to the right. I also have scoliosis, IBS, sensations in my knees, etc. Will these exercises correct the pelvic misalignment and put it in the correct position? I've been trying to find simple exercises to help. This video seemed interesting. How many times should these exercises be done each day? Thank you. 🙏👍

    honorable to mention that develope comes from classical ballet. that turn out spiraling the femur while the heels pressing forward as it travels along the other leg and out. classical ballet builts the most harmonius body.

    Found this really difficult to do as a training exercise. I felt a bit self conscious doing it but got the sense It's really beneficial. My yoga teacher taught a similar thing.

    Second time doing this after about a week was easier, I will go on with this exercise. It improved my positioning on horseback and gave me more awareness for hip release. Thank You a lot

    I love this! Unforrunately my right knee has a problem ( no diagnose yet, the orthopedical said " an irritation?"). So sitting in the hero position and lifting the pelvis was painful in the knee. 😑I elongated the legs and continued like this hoping the exercise would have positive effect though.
